JPAC stop repeating key

Hello
I'm not new to building arcade cab with ULTIMARC product...but for this work i finding out this singular issue (not sure directly connect to ULTIMARC jpac).
Simply i open notepad and check for example the key assigned to left movement and keep the joy on left pos.
After some time of repeating, the input stops.
Example:
kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk (stop but joy no back to original position)
Same issue during game...moving forward and after some times stops.
Any help....

SOLVED
shop at ULTIMARC store the ps2 to USB cable.
my mbo don't have PS2 port and the adaptor working bad!

Oh. I didn't understand your problem. I think I got around that issue using a tiny app called mrepeat. If you're interested, it's attached.
