DU Update: Arkanoid final rev

ShouTime got the final revision of Arkanoid. It's super rare. The last time we saw it on Yahoo Japan it sold for $400 (Japan is the only country where people understand the importance of revisions).

Taito didn't label their games very conveniently like that. This is the latest Japan version ever seen (highest numbers on program roms).

Note from src/drivers/arkanoid.c :
