I know MAME artwork isn't complete on the red light effect. But this look cool on the video. Inside the cabinet light up red and some other cool stuff.
Someday the MAME artwork will be complete on the red light artwork pieces. I guest the inside need to be redone? 
Anyway I'm setting the screen on every games from the mw8080bw.c up with the CRT-geom-20120130 settings.

Uses a bowl type green play field. Now if he still have this maybe someone can ask him does he still have that. Maybe get that part snapshot for the MAME artwork.

Thanks for the link; good reference to have.
I actually already have the backdrop (thanks to gregf), and pictures of it.
One of the next things I'm going to do.
It actually applies to three different games: Tornado Baseball, Extra Innings, and, um, I forget the third, but I'm sure greg will correct me. =D

Tornado Baseball (1976), Double Play (1977) and Extra Inning (1978). Extra Bases (1980) was the 4th in the series but it didn't use the backdrop.

Looking at the flyer. It does use the overlay on the cocktail. Just the play field that have the overlay. Everything else is white and black. I don't think it uses the Space Zap overlay. Top is blue, middle is green and then yellow at the bottom. Space Zap overlay doesn't have that in that order. Upside down triangle overlay as it seem from the flyer.
Also it does uses the overlay pieces on the other one. Is that a light in the green area? There is no YouTube video on ether of these found. Just the game play from MAME.

I found a nice still of the game in action. Looks like you shouldn't worry too much about whether the score lines up with the boxes since it didn't line up in the original machine.

I noticed the marquee in that video is different from the MAME artwork. It seems like there was at least two versions of the upright cabinet in addition to the mini cabaret version.

I didn't notice that.
I did notice that the red blinking light and the buttons aren't tilt back on the inside artwork in MAME. Those gotta be tilt back. Probably those get replace later.

I think the brightness at the bottom is brighter than the top. Look at the blue ships from the top coming down. Changes to white as well. MAME can't do that because there is no CRT brightness at all. All the same level of brightness in MAME. Anyway that CRT might be damage or bright hot.
Look the cabinets snapshot that Comboman post. You will see the yellow on the ship at the bottom. That is the way it should be.
