Most recently in EmuChat. While the proper name of the game is "San Francisco Rush," he shortened it to "SF Rush," which changes the preceding article from "a," which he used, to "an."
But the oldest I can find is a post from September 14, 2006, where he does the same thing with "...a 'internet explorer...' page."
So... You ended your question with an exclamation point.
