Meaning it's hella old, and yours is hella older. Second generation, at most. I had one of those. There's no video amp in either model.
No drivers are needed, and the JPAC isn't programmable. Why do you want to know?

I'm pretty sure mine has a video amp in it.
At the time I bought mine, I recall Ultimarc selling a separate video amp, but that was for people who were connecting the ArcadeVGA directly to an arcade monitor without a JPAC.

HM. Possibly; perhaps why there's some small circuitry where the female VGA port was in his model.
