Well yes you are right, you don't know what you are on about.
I hooked a PC up to a Nanao arcade monitor and couldn't notice any difference in the anti-aliasing or smooth-thick-res or geometry or whatever that effect is at all, unless LCD arcade monitors have a setting to do that then it is his CPU and video card that are behind it.

The video is a Sega Rally cabinet from 1994. It is not a PC running mame with a graphics card and CPU, it's Sega Model 2 hardware. There was also no such thing as LCD arcade monitors in 1994. They are a much more recent abomination.

You need taller screens. Those are too short and wide.
