Notification of new ROM hacks for MAME

Hey guys,
Where would one report availability of new ROM hacks for possible inclusion into future versions of MAME? A hack of Mortal Kombat 2, dubbed Ultimate Mortal Kombat 2 Tournament Edition, has been released back in April of 2014. I'm not sure if it's already gone through the proper channels to get officially added to MAME, but I just wanted to make sure that happens.
Here's some information: http://testyourmight.com/threads/ultimate-mortal-kombat-2-has-been-released-to-the-public.42275/
So if there's a specific website I should go to please let me know.
Thanks!

So this is some kind of fan hack? I *think* (but could be wrong) that MAME is only for emulating games that were available to the public as actual hardware.

Hmm...I didn't even think of it from that perspective. If that's the case I hope they would still consider this for inclusion. Someone has already burned ROMs for use in their dedicated MK2 cabinet, which can be seen in the same thread linked in the OP. So maybe from a technicality standpoint it might still pass ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif)
Yeah, it's basically a fan hack designed for tournament play...glitches removed, more balancing added, etc. This is pretty huge for the Mortal Kombat community, and I'm sure it would help spread awareness of its existence if it were in MAME. I also wouldn't have to manually switch back and forth between the official release and this version for my frontend, since it's going to get heavy usage.

Not MAME material, but certainly HBMAME. The correct party should pick this up from the OP for a future release. Unless it is already included- there has been at least one update since April.

Didn't even know HBMAME existed.
Thanks.
