headon controls are screwy

headon controls are screwy. Your car accelerates too slow sometimes and when you try to turn into a different lane it sometimes does not turn. The controls are all messed up.

Have you ever played an original cab? As a kid those damned games controls almost made me stop playing arcade games! Almost...
EDIT: Works OK here.

Pessimist: Oh, this can't get any worse!

IIRC, in MAME it used to work properly... but now it's very tough to turn/switch lanes... half the time it doesn't work.

Works fine here using the newest official build.

It's all good now. Sorry bout that. I thought I was controlling the red car. As it's the car that first catches your eye as soon as the game starts and I guess my memory was wrong as to which car was controlled when I played it as an urchin. Could've sworn it was red... maybe it was a bootleg that I remember. And since the CPU often turns when you turn, I didn't catch on, so I thought the controls were messed up. Clumsy mistake on my part.
