Sorry bout that. I thought I was controlling the red car. As it's the car that first catches your eye as soon as the game starts and I guess my memory was wrong as to which car was controlled when I played it as an urchin. Could've sworn it was red... maybe it was a bootleg that I remember. And since the CPU often turns when you turn, I didn't catch on, so I thought the controls were messed up.
