To date I've been having to hustle and shamelessly self-promote to get my work out there... and I'm not very good at it... because I barely cover my expenses, forever leaving me in the category of "thank God I have a day job".
Having a real agent might could possibly be great!
Meh. I'm getting my cart before the ass. They want to see more of my work, and if I'm willing to do a "casting couch" session where I, well... you know what happens on casting couches... hey, if you want to get ahead...

I would just be super careful if I were you, it seems like there are more phony "agents" out there than real ones. Do your due diligence before you get too involved. Even if it's not a straight up scam, he could be, essentially, a salesman for a vanity publisher. Even with legit publishers, I've heard some of their e-book imprints have incredibly shitty contracts. I don't mean to rain on your parade, I hope it's the real deal and it works out for you, but just be careful of all the BS out there.

I seen a baby bunny just the other day when I was mowing part of my yard. Cute li'l bugger.
And to think I was shooting some arrows at what surely were some of his relatives just last week.
