Somebody uses Arcade Hits?
#325477 - 05/01/14 12:59 AM

Arcade Hits used to have various kinds of images in it's database.
That included:
-cplayout (controller layout)
-bosses
-select screen
-versus screen
-game over screen
-How to Screen
-Artwork preview
-Logo
But I'm thinking that they are dropping support for various images...
If you try a specific game, such sf2, you can't see in game page specific images (such select screen, for example), just the usual (snap, title, cabinets, control, flyer and PCB).
I'm asking, because I'm working in QMC2 template, and my templates have the ability to get some extra images from internet. But if they are kicking the support for the images, I have to remove this funcionality from my templates too

Can the template be modified if the user has the archive or images on their computer?

Most of what you list can be grabbed from HERE

My templates uses disc stored files by default.
Only some extra images it takes from Arcade Hits and Progetto EMMA.

But since I provide these extra images from this website as a extra, I need information to continue (or not) maintaining the support.
