The study did point out that not everybody should stop using a bra. Genetics and size are a huge factor as well as physical activity. If you gave bras to all teenage girls in the tribes you see in natgeo, they would still likely sag the same way as everyone else in the tribe when they're older. That's kind of the point the study was trying to make. In the case of the girls whos nipples started to raise up, wearing a bra was actually causing a sort of atrophy to the supporting tissue. This happens to much of the muscle in your body when you spend too long in space.
