MEWUI 1.53rc2

Released a preview of the next version of MEWUI, updated to MAME r28963.
Available for MAME / MESS / UME, only in the Windows build, the source is available in the repository.
The whatsnew and the diff will be released with the final version.
Due to the many changes and not stable version of MAME, I suggest unpack and using it in a separate folder.
Any feedback is welcome

Looking good.
I found a bug. When I try to switch from ALL GAMES to AVAILABLE GAMES and then I try to save it... It doesn't save and reverts back to ALL GAMES the next time I load MEWUI.
Also, did you mean to number the version 0.153 instead of 1.53?

If it is supposed to be the MAME version then calling it a release candidate implies that it's anything like what will be released.

First, thanks for the feedback
Upon the failure to save the filter is a thing willed, save too many settings in the main ini file is not a good thing. Will be restored with the implementation of a dedicated ini file.
Regarding the version, having reached version 0.207 does not seem the case to go back to 0.153 (it would only create confusion), so I adopted for a solution that is closest to the numbering of MAME (which is the numbering used by MAME History).
