NFL Blitz Games Issue

While you can play no problem without entering your Name and Pin in the Games, you can not play the Games when you enter them. Have tried this with all of them from Blitz 99, 2k, and Blitz. After it comes up for you to Enter a Code at the Team VS Team Screen, after that, it locks up. 99 However continues to play the Game Music though.
Was wondering why this is. I have tried multiple versions of MAMEUI and can not get it to work.

OK. Works with Blitz99. Will try the others and hopefully they will work as well. Did not have to get the Normal MAME32/64. Still running 64UI.
Edit: Unfortunately, still can not enter Codes when trying to use the Pause at VS Screen under Blitz 99.
