Shoutime got Silent Hill The Arcade.
Shoutime also dumped Title Fight (Japan). Any dumped Tekken 2 (Japan Ver.B) and Panic Park (PNP1 Ver.1). Klaus/TeamEurope dumped an alt version of Gulf Storm.

Someone at Assembler got Silent Hill Arcade to boot but the problem is that it couldn't get past this error message.

Huh, so it has five discs?
Are they install discs or region or version-specific data / boot discs?
I'd love to take a look at the CHD images for those. I'll just be patient and wait until they show up in MAME way way in the future.

I'm guessing they are things like system restore and updates and maybe a couple of game revs but I don't know. I'm sure it runs off a hard drive.

Won't be running on the MAME fully anytime soon. Need a fully working driver and bah bah.

It's the Japanese version which is different from the released hacked up version.
The discs are for recovering the WinXP system and game application. The board itself is similar to the other Konami PC based games (ie TypeX-ish build by the same manufacturer, Toshiba).
