Need help porting Crouching Pony Hidden Dragon Demo over.

I don't think I'm doing this right. Porting this over onto softwarelist. The problem is the sounds are bad. Everything else I'm not sure.
I moved the post from MESS forum to here. More people around here than over there.
Edit: Deleted the old file. New one on the 3rd post with the fix.

You're missing a zero, should be offset="0x2000000"
