Ok, follow these steps:

Debugger activated, press F5 and wait after the network check goes over. Enter into a Memory Dump (CTRL+M), go into options and change visualization to Physical Address (CTRL+Y). Enter "0xa2363" (for Xrally) or 0xcfb53 (for Roads Edge) into Text Field (of course press Enter). Finally, change the aforementioned RAM address to a 1 in the Hex dump and finally press F12 to run service mode.

Of course I need to understand where it takes that 1, and, even better, I need to understand why 3d is so screwed ...

are there any chances that this method,or a similar one, involving debugging, could finally start the game "panic park" properly?

Panic Park is completely unrelated hardware.

I will check it now. Thanks Kale.

Edit: It works on Roads Edge but i cant get it work with XRally, i cant exit the service menu using accelerator on Exit option so Free Play and IO Test is not saved and game still ask for money.

As R.B said, the Hyper NeoGeo 64 and System 23 are completely different systems so that method wouldn't work. It's a per-hardware/game hack.

No, Panic Park's difficulties are far beyond debugger tricks. System 23 is super-preliminary (and has actually regressed some); Time Crisis works only because it doesn't use much of the hardware.

And also because it's my test case :-)

OG.

Yeah, for whatever reason Xrally doesn't even prompt you to insert a coin. Food for brain I'd guess ...
