I'm going to bet you aren't hitting 100% speed. Use F11 to see if you are Skip 0/10 100% during gameplay. If you are dropping, requirements for the driver have increased in certain graphic instances and you'll need to use older version or get a faster computer.
Them is the breaks.

I don't have those...Die Hard Arcade sounds great. Radiant Silvergun too, when it runs at 100%.
