Not here, at least Xevious 3dg, Raystorm and Mr Driller work fine..
(stock 64-bit command line mame 0.150 from mame.net)

I can't reproduce the crash here
Extracting mame0150s.exe and compiling with
make all -j5 SYMBOLS=1 DEBUG=1 TARGET=mess PTR64=1
resulted in a mess64d.exe
I launched some CHDs as well as full path loading cue files and the only thing out of the ordinary is a message right before the logo
unknown GPU command cdcdcdcd
other than that message, everything seems fine and normal here.
