I was wondering if anything has changed (discrete sound coding?). I tried to play Monte Carlo and noticed some issues. Speed control & top speed seem incorrect (not frame dropping). Changing gears seems inaccurate. It's very evident if you compare MAME 148.5 to MAME 130.
