Excellent, keep up the good work. I ended up setting another high score Saturday - most time spent
completing a 5k, 50:25. It was some Boot Camp 5k designed by a Marine. A 2.5k trail with a bear crawl,
low crawl, crab crawl up a slight incline, walking lunges up an incline, hill sprints up a steep incline, and
finally stair climbing up and down bleachers with a 30 lbs. pack. Rinse and repeat. Marines were barking
at you all along the way.

I'm sore today like I've never worked out before.
