Some NeoGeo games not working MAME 0.148

I recently updated my romset to 0.148 from 0.129 and some NeoGeo games refuses to start showing a Warning message in red letters saying that the cartridge should be played on original SNK boards, I didn't have this problem with 0.129, any way to fix this?
Game in questions are Samurai Showdown 4, Samurai Showdown 5, Garou, Metal Slug 2 and some others.

Well, the first three things you should try are....
1. Audit your games within the MAME emulator you are using.
Any errors?
2. Audit your games with an external programme like Romcenter or Clrmamepro.
Any errors?
3. Your files are probably outdated, so go to a site that updates their ROMs & BIOS files regularly and download the stuff you need. *Because you legally own the originals, don't you?*

@Psikyo Fox: Its not a problem with the dumps since those Utilities you mentioned says its a clean dump and all the crc and checks are ok, but more a problem with the recent changes on the NeoGeo Bios, did you even tried to run any of those games on the latest MAME revision?
@B2K: Wow we posted at the same time, I will check that site to see whats going on EDIT: For the love of God I know how to audit roms I am not a newbie, thanks for the link anyways

@Marcelo_20XX
Firstly, if you bother to read my above post, you will notice the words "outdated files" and "BIOS" in the same sentence.
I will try to use small words next time to make it easy for your simple IQ to grasp.
Ragging on people when they are just trying to help wont do you any favors.

I asked you a simple question and no, I am not trying to rage you or anything but for you to see the warning message by yourself, maybe its some thing on my end, so you maybe don't have the same error as me. And for the BIOS part its also passes the audits test and all. The thing here seems to do it with the NeoGeo driver changed and as such the BIOS initializations on those games got messed, they only run for me If I set up as AES and refuses to works as MVS

Thanks for your responses B2K24 that did it! I was actually using MAME 0.148 Plus! and not the official MAME 0.148. After testing with the later the games runs fine so it definitely has something to do with MAME Plus!.
Now I have to search in the code where did I messed the BIOS because I love the HD filters of MAME Plus!

I never heard about or seen HD filters of MAME Plus!
Have you tried out or know about HLSL?
They are available in official MAME/MESS/HBMAME and it really doesn't get any better than that
If you interested then try THESE
Or feel free to create/search out your own settings.

Ok I have some insight on my problem, it was not the fault of MAME Plus! rather a code edit I did to the NeoGeo driver. I was trying to eliminate the slowdown that plagues heavily on some games ( e.g. the Metal Slug series), so I had upped the main CPU from 12Mhz to 30Mhz, that fixed it BUT as I posted messed up some games. Oddly enough the solution was to create the nvram on an unedited 0.148 exe (Plus! or normal) and then run again on the overclocked exe.
As for the filters, I specially like the HQXS series (HQ2X, HQ2XS, HQ3X, HQ3XS, etc) that are common in emulators that handles 2D displays. There is a whole world of difference between the standard bilinear filter that comes with the normal MAME.

HLSL is nothing like "the standard bilinear filter". It gives you scanlines, screen curvature, simulation of convergence and focus errors, and a variety of other electromagnetic CRT monitor effects (including NTSC dot crawl and fringing for consoles/computers in MESS).
Of course, with great power comes a great number of settings to fiddle with
