Depends on your definition of cheap. They aren't tested so it would be far from retail. You can send me an offer on one/both if you want.

I wasn't just speaking about these but for most boards. Besides, I know these need a special IO and are missing the connector plane (which would be a pain to bridge out), or atleast it looks that way.

There are lots more parts you would need in a full Crisis Zone cab but most of the time when the board is for sale it's just these parts. PM is the way to inquire about buying stuff.
