I have to admit that the animations for Pauline look spot-on. What a sweet thing to do for his little girl, but what a STUPID thing to do for publicizing it.
Does anyone else think that Nintendo is going to sue him big-time?
Does anyone else think that once he gets served with papers that the whole potential David vs Goliath aspect of how this story may develop in the mainstream media could focus a lot of attention on emulation in general? Perhaps with a negative spin on it given the financial straits that Nintendo is currently in, and with the propensity for them and others like them to blame that all on "piracy?"

I guess you don't know about the D2K kit. I would say if someone can make and sell a complete sequel to DK and not even be able to get a response from their legal team about it that daddy's 10 minute graphics hack that he didn't even charge for isn't going to land him in court.

Id like to think that the majority of these comments are made by 14 year old immature boys,but deep down I know they are most likely made by 35+ year old man-children living in a basement.
Its like who cares? Its a hack done to a old arcade game.Go on with your life.
