any question, based in the actual "parent", other differences?, same gameplay or different sound/cpu?

I generally just dump and photo stuff and let other people sort out the hardware and gameplay differences.

It's a fun game, and I still throw a coin in it occasionally at the arcade, but the sound is terrible whether it's the crappy "2000 version" or not. It's a real let-down that after Akira Sato's superb soundtrack for the original Raiden, R/F Jet has BGM that sounds like dragging metal over gravel.
