Same problem.

I even put it onto a flash drive.
Going to try out the Mame Compiler 64 v1.3 to see the problem will go away.

Found it off the internet. I didn't read this part until earlier. "Rappel (pour Linux)" That is the reason why I couldn't use it. lol

I would be quite surprised if any CPS* patch file was OS-specific unless they were *really* raping the code. More likely the line endings difference is what bit you - loading the patch in wordpad and saving it again usually fixes that.
