I would say rom hack with the fast uppercuts and the official roms dont start with X.

It's a hack. The only mystery is whether it is a hack that was sold or one made in the last few years for emulators burned into roms, and I would guess the former.

Since MK3Fan dumped and posted the roms, it would be funny if he disputed the sale and got his money back since it wasn't a 4.1 version like the auction said it would be.
I wonder why the seller did that when all they had to do was boot the board up?

Only two ROM's that is hacked? Rest matches in MAME.

same here. another thing that gave it away was that when i read the arcade museum forum covering this newly discovered hack, he mentioned that he could confront Noob Saibot after 12 wins rather than the traditional 50, which is one of many aspects that are often noted in many MK2 hacks which is the ability to fight hidden characters like Noob easily, as well as accessing the hidden pong game earlier than the original 250 win parameter.
