Pretty shocking, UPS should vet their temp workers a bit better in future.
Wonder if/how he knew what it was, a big risk to steal something that could have turned out to be tampons or something.

He paused for a moment and read the shipping label closely. I'm betting he knew exactly it was valuable and electronic merchandise because of where the item shipped from.

Some people will steal anything. I finally had to get a UPS Store box, because it was getting to the point where I had a 50/50 chance of actually receiving a package left on my porch. They'd take literally anything, to the point of stealing my wife's contacts. Everything was covered by the shippers, but it was incredibly irritating, especially when you needed something in a specific amount of time.
I seriously looked into setting up cameras or putting out a decoy package rigged with a pipe bomb, but it ended up not being worth it.
