Trying to simulate a display in HLSL

Hi Guys, I need some help with HLSL settings. I've been trying to simulate the recent XboxLive Capcom games monitor display settings (see pics). I did check out the other settings in this forum but it's still not quite right. Does anybody have HLSL settings that look like close to the pictures below? I would greatly appreciate any help.

I’m convinced Mario is a hobo.
He wakes up everyday in the same clothes, runs around in sewers, and collects coins for a living.
At the end of the day, he uses the coins to buy mushrooms

Remember that you can alter the HLSL settings in real time to tweak them, w/ the '`' key [upper left of keyboard above tab].

I think capcom is using filters similar to HSLS but with HQ4X at the same time.
I once tried using both but it's very cpu intensive.

Why is that? Is looks hideous too me.
The MAME shot looks much better IMO
