Sega was going to make a Genesis/Sega CD/32X combo system themselves (to be called "Neptune"), but of course it didn't come out after the 32X bombed.

Actually it was only Mega Drive and 32x, you'd still need a seperate Mega-CD

I prefer this one even without 32X, which I thought is dispensable. Sold very well here in Brazil that times and I still hope to buy one...

Doesn't have Master System cart and card slots for playing Space Harrier 3D without adaptors - lame.

I'd rather play these old sega games on my HTPC connected to my tv, roms are more reliable than dusty cartridge.

That's what I do for mame anyway.
