ShouTime got an insanely rare basketball game called 3 on 3 Dunk Madness.
I think the board might be a test loke version (maybe) and the game may have never seen a normal release. There are handwritten rom stickers with dates on them which is on almost every proto I've ever seen. It looks like the game was developed in 1996 and this USA version was finished up in February 1997. The voice sampling is buggy, err at least quirky and unpolished at times and this is the only pcb of it I have ever seen.
There are gratuitous amounts of options in the service mode, such as enabling button D (don't know what it does), overscan options, formation options that change the gameplay and so on.
My recording setup seems to hate the sync and gets out of audio/video sync quite badly but I managed to mostly line up a short clip.

Looks like fun. I play NBA jam quite often and folks that are fans of that game will most likely find this one enjoyable as well.
