TurboGrafx 16 CD games in M.E.S.S.

Sorry noob here when it comes to the mess emulator. I only have been using it for maybe 2 months. My question is and sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Is there a way to play cd games for the turbografx 16 and if so do I have to convert the iso's to chd's for them to work? Is there a place on the web for a tutor for this?

Edit I don't know if they are iso but maybe these kind of files.

yes, MESS can load CHD and there is even a software list for them.
also you can convert images with chdman.
chdman createcd -i source.cue -o dest.chd
I think you can replace .cue with .toc however I haven't tried that.

Yes. Note that the TG16 was unique in that it only recognized the CD add-on when a special "CD System" cartridge was inserted. MESS inherits that behavior; to run a CD-ROM you must also run the CD System cartridge.
