Linking Hot Rod Controllers
#295486 - 09/10/12 08:23 PM

Hey all,

Very new to this.

Really want to build a useful 4 player MAME setup.

Does anyone have experience linking two Hot Rod Controllers and successfully mapping them to work for four player games?

Are these controllers still heavily supported enough in the new emulators or am I throwing good money after bad trying to keep my costs down.

I've considered building my own four player setup but if the Hot Rods work I can pick two up for fairly cheap.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think the Hot Rod was PS2 wasn't it?

I'm sure it could be done with some creative wiring but it would probably be easier to just upgrade the Hot Rods to USB.
