Tell me again why we rebuilt a city 12 feet below sea level?
My idea (strange, nobody asked me) was IF they rebuild, at least rebuild on pillars, and do away with the levies... New Orleans could have been a little American Venice... but no body axed me... so now here we are all on pins and needles "I hope the levies don't break again."
Fortunately we had Frankie here with the news. That was a good share, thanks.
