What about Bujutsu, M.A.C.H. 3 & Vojager chds ? These won't update to version 5 - Are these are bad dumps too?

bujutsu and mach3 update just fine. Voyager was already dumped as V5 about 3 months ago, so you don't update the old V3 one.

in 146u4 all chds which do not have the baddump flag convert fine. if they dont do that for you you have a corrupt chd file.

You were right... I got a new bujutsu chd (same size, same crc) and it works. shouldn´t have a corupt chd have a different crc???

The CRC and SHA's are stored in a header file in the file. When you do "CHDMAN info" on a CHD, it only prints this header information. In order to verify the rest of the file got transferred, you have to "CHDMAN verify". You'd be surprised how common it is, even with torrents, that large files can be missing parts here and there.
