in Mame0.146 the sound good,but in 146u2 has problem,does anyone know how to fix it?

You have to wait for it to be fixed, I guess. No timeframe but I would think it should not be long - probably by u3 release. The people that understand the hardware know of the problem already and there will soon be a MT bug reported.
