Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... Instead of being mounted on the motherboard there will now be a CPU slot above the other card slots. The CPU and cooler will be mounted on their own individual card. This keeps the cooler horizontal, allows a bit of heat to dissipate from fins on the bottom of the card and also allows for simple CPU upgrades.
Yeah, YEAH. That's the ticket! (First person to mention bridges, GPU or speeds gets smacked.)

Hmm... How about mentioning how they already did and undid that several generations ago, but not bringing up the other things? Or mentioning that every new socket/motherboard/form factor claims easier upgrading, but is obsolete by the time there's something worth upgrading to?

Cool, but a BAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaddd idea.
#1 Air is a great insulator. #2 The air gap is so slim that it won't be turbulent enough to act as a reliable transfer. #3 The air gap will clog with dust/debris. #4 You still need to give this thing fresh air to breath to be effective. 5000 rpm is going to create a lot of wind noise if channeled to a vent.
