Black Label has slightly different patterns on all the modes and your player types/shots are also different. Black Label is also way easier to beat but nothing is going to be difficult when you can zip across the screen analog with a finger swipe. Maybe God mode.
So I guess you're confirming that it's the English title of the arcade game Mushihimesama. I wouldn't feel comfortable playing it unless I could grip a joystick.
It's a straight translation that loses its straightness and becomes gay. Works a lot better in Japanese... Bug Princess 2 is Futari. The analog fingering makes the games so easy that people beat games their first try that they wouldn't beat for months with normal arcade controls so you pretty much need the hardest one you can find. God Mode should still be a challenge albeit an awkward one that just makes you want to play it with a stick.
