Interesting to read. Likely solar not a nuclear coverup though.

Having said that, there is no reason for the EPA and Radnet to pull the data offline.
There was clearly significant radiation spikes all the way into Michigan and blowing over to Ohio.
Why does the US government NOT think the US citizens can handle the truth. Also, why is Google filtering the results.
Searching from France yields no results, searching from south america does, Searching from a VPN in the US, shows no results. Very odd. But I'm not dawning my tinfoil hat yet.

It's not just not being able to handle the truth. It's also lacking a sense of perspective. For example, goodness knows how much benzene is leching into well water over here in Armstrong County as a result of fracking. That's much closer to me than radiation from Michigan.
And then there's scenic Centralia, Pennsylvania. I'm tempted to make a road trip down there and take some pictures.
At least I'm somewhat ready when the bad times hit and I need to don a protective suit like Cole (Bruce Willis) wore in "12 Monkeys".

So easy to screw with the populous when the derp is so prevalent.
While unusual to have such high readings, we've been in a decent solar wind for the last couple of days. Possible that a weakness in the magnetic field let a bit more radiation in than usual. Nothing to see here, move on.
A quick note for any of the derp reading this:
- CPM means NOTHING as far as dosage is concerned. - NO this is not a 'reflection' from Fukashima #4 because they covered it with concrete. - If data was suspected to be erroneous, why ~wouldn't~ they remove it - GOES data shows a discrepancy near the same time frame, a good indicator that this indeed was solar in nature. - YES the Earths magnetic field is in flux. This is normal. This is cyclical. - NO the Earth is not going to slow down, stop, and then spin backwards.

It would be all kinds of awesome, until half of us drowned by the migrating watersheds...
