The XML for MAME WWW Mode is looking for the AllProjects DAT at the following address: http://www.progettosnaps.net/dats/cmdats/pS_AllProject_20120530_(cm).zip This seems to be consistant with the other DAT file locations, but ClrMAME Pro is unable to find it. The DAT page states that the MAME AllProjects DAT file is at the following location with an older release date: http://www.progettosnaps.net/dats/pS_AllProject_20120525_(cm).rar Sorry to biother you again.
