Next Gen overall quick rundown

Seasons 1-6 all fantastic
Season 7 doesn't jump the shark but if I rated every season, it would definitely have the lowest score, multiple eps were really meh while previous seasons maybe had 1 meh ep each, needed to end or get more talent on the writing staff
Still ends strong - "All Good Things" finale double ep delivers
Overall not enough Borg and not enough Q, if you weren't a fanatic you would completely miss them
Holodecks are awesome
Easily one of the best things I've ever seen, movies or tv, funny and really smart how so much doubles the issues today with international business, humanity, etc. so well
If you haven't watched this and you like science fiction, I can't recommend anything more
I realize this post lacks substance but details = spoilers
Now to rewatch the movies with TNG crew

Season 1 was a steaming pile of crap.

In the documentary he says he literally didn't unpack his suitcase for the first 6 weeks of filming the show because he was sure it would be canceled.

Love too. You might have to come watch my kids for twenty minutes so I can pack the damned thing without one of them causing trouble of one kind or another.
(this was typed while a 10 month old was choking on a cracker, and a 3 year old was in time out for giving him said cracker.)

I'll check it out but I like seeing episodes with a blank slate. Obviously from my post I assumed the same from others. I think that site would be best to check out for episodes I already watched to see if I agree with him. I'm going to start DS9 if it's on Netflix but I'm totally backed up on all my other shows now. I watched nothing but TNG for months.

I wasn't suggesting that you watch the reviews beforehand. They're actually much more enjoyable if you watch them after you're already seen the episode in question.
