One I saw and played was "Streaking". It is a very poor clone of Pac-Man. Only here you start the game as a naked lady and your goal is to snag all the dots while avoiding the police. While clearing the board of dots you can grab clothing and gradually become fully clothed.
So, is that really streaking? I thought the whole point of streaking was to be buck naked, run around, and only when you're done streaking you put your clothes back on. You'd think that after you put your clothes back on within the game then the police have no reason to chase you down.
Unless they're the X-Cops. ;-)

There's Puri Rula (spelling?) which is a gamer trip on acid.
Trust me there's weirder and worse ideas for video games.
