Dear Adobe,

I want to thank you for writing a flash player. But do I need an update ONCE A DAY plus having to reboot my computer because of the update? You are not an operating system.

GET BETTER BRAIN!!!

Thank you!

Are you sure the update is being applied correctly, and it's not just trying (and failing) to apply the same update every day? I see Flash updates maybe once a month or less. I also don't recall having to reboot after they are applied.

The update today needed a reboot. There was a part of the last update that said something about doing it automatically.

Hasn't happenedyet. Maybe I will go get the latest if I'm not already there.

Disable automatic updates and never be bothered again.

$30 for a flash player with a constant fucking update cycle requiring reboots ...and you can't even decrease the click-count per update by five clicks?

I'm done with your shit. Last disappointment from you.

#1 rule to updates new [Re: TheBigAmbulance]
#282229 - 04/12/12 06:59 AM

files in use can't be updated... requiring a reboot to finish.

To avoid it is simple... close your stinking browsers when updating flash player. I haven't had to reboot since I started living by that rule.

Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
