I'm not sure I believe everyone in the GOP is "Christian" any more than I believe everyone in the Demoncratic 'er Democratic party cares about the slaves 'er poor.
But I don't worship golden donkeys or elephants.

You can't blame God for these people giving up on their divine missions. It was all their own weakness; they gave up on what they knew He told them to do.
Heh.
In other news, Christian Science Monitor reports atheists are more knowledgeable on the subject of religion than any other group:

Were the questions on that site the questions that were presented to their test subjects? I got all of them correct, but to me they seemed pretty basic, and I figured most people religious or otherwise knew MOST of the answers already.
Perhaps I overestimate most people....Hmm

Ain't no sin in acknowledgin' the WASPy religious loonies on the one side and the cowardly agnostics who "jest wenna git a'lonnnnnn" on the other. Sycophantic asskissers all, all equally disappointing.
I'd like to believe that not everyone is like that. But dammit, that's at the top of that there leadership pyramid!
At least I'm aware of that. Nothing can change that Reality. I'd be insincere to claim otherwise and I definitely don't want to insult anyones' intelligence. Grab a cup, don yer jock and prepare for the inevitable hit. Don't be a crybaby and pretend that you didn't hear the call for preparation (bollocks towards reparation).
Speaking of change, the more one gives lip-service about "change" the more they want things to be kept exactly the way they are. If you believe otherwise then you're gullible and deserve to be deceived.

GIGO.

I feel slightly better now. I had my noodles.
