Odd.
Yours is the same as the one I posted and I can see them both just fine.

I saw the EMI message on the video you posted after reading Stiletto's post. Now, I can view the video you posted without the EMI message. I guess there was a takedown of the takedown.

That just serves to prove that these takedowns are done by mindless robot search engines and not real people. I'm not surprised.
Got a cease and desist email from Paramount Pictures (via my Danish ISP) many years ago threatening with prosecution if I did not immediately stop sharing Oliver Stone's The Doors movie. At the time my ISP basically said something along the lines of "don't worry, they can't touch you". Those were the days.
However, the .avi in my shared folder was some random TV documentary about The Doors with interviews and stuff. Nothing to do with Paramount.

Yup! It's working now. :-)
A drunk singing like Freddie Mercury...poorly. The mafiRIAA, MPAA and IFPI has so much money they can just send out DMCA notices just on the evidence of bad talent.
Still, drunks singing poorly are still funny. It's Z-grade karaoke. :-)

Combating functional illiteracy with latex-clad drama since the '80s, because old video games rule!

What's fun about it in this case is that he's singing it in defiance, it's Bohemian Rhapsody vs. law enforcement
I keep hearing they're going to prosecute people who share their Karaoke online, like Youtube, etc.
Yeah, sharing singing of songs is really hurting sales.
The funny thing is half the time I take Charline's father to Karaoke, I want to write down some of the songs people sing, to BUY THEM LATER ONLINE! I guess that's stealing them?
