Hilarious.

Lots of people went nuts when a Chick-fil-A opened not too far from me last year, the parking lot needed employees
to direct traffic. I tried it once and ate what can best be described as an OK chicken sandwich. I don't get it. It's still
usually busy when I drive by, except for Sunday. Maybe that's one reason people like it so much, it's sort of the Tebow
of fast food - not really that good, but does show Christian values.

It's more the smell than anything. If there is a Chick-Fil-A within 2 miles, you can smell it, and you get a craving for it. Then you bite into it....you're disappointed, but hungry, and don't want to be ripped off so you'll finish it.

I still prefer Good Times to any fast food chain.

I miss the KFC that closed where I live. I wanted to try the chicken sandwich with two chicken patties and bacon and cheese in the middle, but it closed.

Sure it was unhealthy as heck, but I wanted to see how it tasted.

Of course I'm better off without knowing.

BTW, I doubt any "restaurants" have "christian" values any more than "politicians" are "christian."

I must be resistant to Chick-Fil-A. I never ate there in my life.

I do know that the weather is getting warmer. That means it's time for grillin'! :-)

It took me five seconds to realize that's NOT Sarah Jessica Parker in the video.

Grilled variety: healthier than ordering a single piece of chicken with bacon, cheese and sauce on a bun.
Fried variety: depends on how they fry the stuff there; I don't know and don't care to research it.

It can be done. The problem is finding ways to avoid the Uncanny Valley effect:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley

It's why people are creeped out by some CGI animation, robotics and even costumes that attempt to get close to being human. But there's a piece that doesn't fit into the equation that ruins the entire effect of the costume. For example, the dead-eyed stares of the CGI actors within "Beowulf" or, in the case of the video here, the bone structure of the faces that no amount of makeup can hide.

So for all the people who can totally get into character and know how to divert attention away from the shortcomings of their masquerade through subtle body language and other aspects of the overall presentation I salute them. But it's definitely not for everyone.

And who am I to say how someone chooses to have fun? Get all dolled up with your bad self! :-)

While it's true that some transvestites look... well... unconvincing, there's some out there that could fool anyone. I guess it depends on genetics.

I was in Rome once doing as they do, which at the time was walking near Termini Station, when I noticed
two women about a block and a half away walking in my direction. At that distance I thought something
looked off about the boob placement of one of them, like they were unnaturally high, which made me think
the poor girl got a bad boob job. It wasn't until they were a few feet away that I realized they were a
couple of trannies.

Yep. And if they're drag queens they'll spend most of their stage time in front of the lesbians. Lesbians will tip a smoking hot queen QUITE well.

Oh that? I had it once. It wasn't that bad but they didn't drain or pat down the fried chicken halves well, so it was pretty oily. Every time you ate a bite, your lips and hands would get hot oil on 'em.

It's a small price to pay for fried chicken, cheese and B-B-B-BACON!!!

Speaking of KFC, the two KFC shops owned by Morgan's closed up in Natrona Heights and New Kensington, PA, some time ago. It's okay chicken but I prefer to bake up my own.

Hmm...chicken coated with bacon breading... ;-)

For any given order of fast food, the only thing that matters is the amounts and types of various goops on them. Sauces, oils, and fats, chicken, bacon, beef, or whatever.

No. That isn't quite so; any time a tomato slice is added, that detracts from it too, because the tomato is always an unripe fruit that's been sprayed to try to make it look more ripe. White with light orange is not red and ripe.
