Error while loading The punisher(all versions)

I tried to run the ounsiher (any version) on mameui 145u3 x64,romset and bios are all up to date and i got this error
ps63b.1a not found no good dump known
d7l7.7l not found
d8l8,8l not found
d9l9.8l not found
210l10.10l not found
all other cps1 games runs perfectly.what it might be?

This should be easy - just update the romset. MAME tells you precisely what is missing (not found) and it's up to your to find the missing bits. In this case, the parent set was changed about 3 month ago (later world version than previously discovered).
So.. lead on adventurer - your quest awaits!

There is no punisher game named "ounsiher"
All the punisher games run and boot on official MAME 0.145u3 X64 binary from mamedev.org

huh,and you wasted a post just to state that?
don't you just love when people don't\can't help you but still they want to be some sort of grammar nazi for no reason at all?i'm sure you have something better to do in your life than let me know that there are no games that starts with "ounisher"
and btw,i downloaded my mame version off http://www.mameui.info/ so not a dodgy site either

Okay Mr. Ungrateful, I took time out of my day and confirmed all the punisher games load just fine, so it narrows the problem down to something on your end.
Oh well, I guess that's gratitude for ya.
[EDIT] Also, I wasn't making fun of your spelling, but please be aware that some people still run MAME from command line so the correct spelling of the game you were having problems with was very important information
