FWIW you reminded me of "Death" from Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey, who kept insisting on rematches when he lost several times to Bill & Ted. I guess the fact I watched "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1" last night had the grim reaper in my mind.
I ought to play some Darkstalkers! That'll get it out of my system.
