I got all of the games. Cheaper than Capcom Arcade and Namco Arcade.

Works great on my iPad.

I think he meant 99 cents for base game and 99 cents for each of 2 DLC packs, for 3 dollars for the entire game.

$3 for limited of time. ¿How Limited? It doesn't say. new [Re: Dullaron]

I want!

But I'm not due to buy an iPhone for two more weeks. We live on a strict "pay-go" policy... we save for stuff... if I bend the rules for this, she'll go crazy on her Jimmy-Choo's!

Gah!

Just bought it, downloading now. I'm curious to see how NARC works, that game had too many damned buttons even in the arcade.

I bought it when I saw this, then my EIC suggested that I contact them to see if I can get a review copy, not knowing that I already bought it

And what I've played so far, it definately needs iCade support.

How the heck do you play an arcade game on a touchscreen? Is it different than my phone?

I have a Sasung Galaxy S, tried Pac-Man Deluxe, and had a really hard time controlling it, and that's just a single 4-way stick game.

RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.

You'd use the iCade on the iPad (assuming the app supports it). On Android, there's a hack to let you use PS3 controllers (and again games have to support it), although that's pretty unwieldy since you need some way to prop up the phone at a good viewing angle. It turns out actual dedicated portable gaming devices still rule for actually controlling arcade-style games.

Even on the iPad, I think the virtual pad controls blow.

I'm hoping they get the iCade controls in sometime soon.

I agree and that's the reason I like both my PSP 3000 and DS Lite.

I wonder if the 3DS will see any decent "emulation" Packs.

The Konami, Atari, and Namco packs were nice on the DS. I still have them.

No Atari Remixx, though please, that reeked.

It kind of depends on the game. Joust's controls are simple enough that it actually kind of works. NARC, not so much. Spy Hunter is tough to control using the tilt sensor, but I suck at it even with the arcade controls, so I'm not sure it's any worse.

I've played Gauntlet and Rampage so far.

Simple controls. But if you're not precise, you can end up firing an arrow the wrong direction and take an extra 30 points of damange you would have otherwise not taken.
