Well, for starters, because of the way the company reacted to it. Did it affect you personally, that that one got to you? All it did was delay an update for a while. The server crashing ones are easily worse. In any of the exploit-based ones, if the company didn't give the time, equipment, or whatever back to the players, then they're the ones at fault.
In #2, CCP's business model is far worse than a couple people destroying a ship in a game where you destroy ships.

#4 is a story I can relate to, since I've played Everquest for 9 years.
I've heard of Fansy, but never know WHY he was famous. Now I do

> 7 most elaborate dick moves in online gaming history
Wait a minute, I've never played online games ever (enough I have with game and internet addiction to also feed me up with online gaming... I need to sleep properly). Not ever touched an online game a single time, I don't know how they work, how you group, how you quest, etc. So basically this article is almost to me non understandable.
However... number one, are you telling me that parody at South Park was in fact real?

Sadly, EVERYTHING on South Park is based on reality.

I've never played online games. But reading that article, number #3 definitely seems the coolest. I enjoyed reading #3 very much. That was awesome how the developers had to enter the game and fight them etc.
